A new programme on LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT aims to improve leaders’ leadership skills, which will in turn help them to create leaders in their communities. Our approach is very simple and very effective. One does not need University entrance qualifications to grasp this and run with it. We listen to leaders share their stories of leading, together identify challenges or problems and help create new and more positive ones. Communities are assisted to map out where they want to be and how they can get there. Leadership is assisted to understand that lasting change comes only when communities determine with clarity and confidence what they most want to accomplish, and then take practical steps to achieve those goals.
